Business automation for small businesses

Stop doing the same task by hand every week

Booking reminders, lead follow-up, review requests, and the other work that follows the same steps every time. I set it up once, and then it runs, so you or your staff can spend that time on customers.

What can you automate for my business?

The repetitive work that follows the same steps every time, so you or your staff stop doing it by hand.

Here's the kind of work I set up

  • booking confirmations and reminders
  • engaging new leads promptly, so you don't lose them to a delay or lack of response
  • review requests after a purchase or a visit
  • reorder reminders, timed to when a customer is likely to run out
  • form submissions sent straight into your CRM or email list
  • wholesale inquiries routed away from retail orders
  • your newsletter assembled and loaded as a draft, ready for you to review
  • a blog post turned into drafted social posts

How do I know if a task is worth automating?

If a task has clear rules and you do it more than a few times a week, it's worth asking about.

Good candidates are tasks where someone copies information from one place to another, sends the same message with a different name in it, or has to remember to follow up on a certain day. Tasks that need judgment every time, like answering a complaint, are better left to a person. An automation can still route them to the right person faster.

How much does an automation cost?

Automations start from $599 USD to build, plus a Maintenance Fee from $199 USD a month to keep them running.

The build price depends on how many steps the automation has and how many tools it connects. The Maintenance Fee exists because automations connect to other software, and that software changes. When an app updates or a connection expires, someone has to fix it before the work stops getting done.

Will an automation send things without me checking?

Only if you want it to. Anything that speaks for your business, like a newsletter or a social post, can stop at a draft for you to review first.

Reminders and confirmations usually run on their own, because they say the same thing every time and you approve the wording once. Newsletters and posts change every time, so they wait for you. You decide where that line sits, task by task.
